  3. Fees and Payment: Fees for our services are outlined in the client agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and methods of payment, will be specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest or penalties as outlined in the agreement.
  4. Confidentiality: BNX Business Advisors respects the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
  5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created or used in the provision of our services remains the property of BNX Business Advisors. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their intended purpose.
  6. Limitation of Liability: BNX Business Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services causing the claim.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which BNX Business Advisors operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  9. Changes to Terms: BNX Business Advisors reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
