  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which BNX Business Advisors operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  9. Changes to Terms: BNX Business Advisors reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
